In Wisconsin, where 1 in 7 adults struggle with basic literacy, Fox Valley Literacy works with volunteers to help lead free classes. ​By becoming a Fox Valley Literacy volunteer tutor, you can help adults gain the skills they need in Language & Learning Foundations, Literacy for Everyday Life, and ​Belonging & Civic Participation.

Other Volunteer Needs

At Fox Valley Literacy, in addition to volunteer tutors, we always need help with:

• Childcare assistance while our adult students are learning

• Transportation for our adult students to and from lessons

• Office tasks that help us support our learners
